| The Court Clerk Division is responsible for
maintaining court schedules, preparing files for
court,
docketing information from court and updating files.
The 19 employees work with
the state's attorney, public
defender, probation and judicial departments as well as
the public. The court clerks represent the Circuit Clerk
in court proceedings by assisting the judge,
filing pleadings and documenting court action. |
