1916 -1924

Charles L. Koehn was the 16th circuit clerk of Sangamon County. After his service in this position, he was county treasurer until his death at age 55.  Koehn was a lifelong Springfield resident, who was “long identified with the political, business, and social life of the community.” Charles Married Mongna C.
